Pinguicula primuliflora ROSEPinguicula primuliflora 'Rose' is a legendary specimen highly prized by carnivorous plant collectors worldwide. Originally discovered as a stable, spontaneous mutation in Japan, this cultivar features the exact same sticky, insect-catching rosettes of bright green leaves as the typical species but introduces a show-stopping floral display. Instead of standard single-layer petals, 'Rose' produces breathtaking double-flowered (flore pleno) purple blossoms with beautifully tiered layers and a glowing yellow center. Because these intricate flowers are infertile, this rare treasure is propagated entirely by hand and through its unique habit of generating plantlets at its leaf margins.
