Surprisingly, a salad type. Pear shaped tomatos are usually cherry types. But not this one. Simon's Green Pear grows only in twos or threes, unlike the cherry types and is also about twice the size. Our friend couldn't get seeds of the Green Pear variety, so be selected his own green pear. This is the result and it's really impressive. Good size, good taste.
