Sarracenia x stevensii Boobie Jo is a hybrid Sarracenia rubra subsp. gulfensis x leucophylla. We obtained is under the name Boobie Jo, yes, Boobie, not Bobbie. We know it was bred in UK in 2019, but not much more than this. Despite having a slightly scant provenance, the plant is really pretty. It grows to 40ish cm tall. Pitchers on young plants are intensely pink and small. Only on adult plants do pitchers reveal their true beauty: rich red background, dotted with a lace of fenestrations and a very wavy lid.
