Dreamcatcher handmade out of natural and up-cycled materials with turkey feathers. Turkeys have these type of feathers on their lower backs and in the tail fan. Feathers are 100% ethical, they are naturally shed by my pet birds. I carefully find symmetrical feathers for each item I make. If you visit or stay at our camping farm you can see all the birds whose feathers I use to make dreamcatchers and jewellery.
The wooden beads are made out of hollowed out elder (Sambucus nigra) branches.
The rope used for the mesh and dangles is jute or hemp fiber.
Loop is old binding wire bound in a strip of up-cycled cotton fabric.
