Loyalty program

We believe that a loyalty program should be something tangible and straight-forward. That's why we will never offer you collectible points.

We will offer you discount codes and freebies. So, here's how this works:

MINIMUM ORDER

We avoided the minimum order price as long as possible, but the time and work needed to prepare and ship one packet of seeds is almost the same as packing several plants. So minimum ordering price is now at a -hopefully- reasonable 20€.

FREEBIES

All orders above 30€ get freebies. Bigger the order, more free stuff. Free stuff will be seeds if your order is mainly seeds. Free stuff will be plants if your order is plants. And so on.
If you create an account at Diversiflora, you can create a wishlist. The freebie you recieve just might be from your wishlist...

DISCOUNT CODES

1. Your order, will get you a PERSONALISED DISCOUNT CODE for your next order. The bigger the order, the better the code. I will email the code to you after your current order is despatched. You will have 3 months to use this code and it will be possible to combine it with the 20OFF code for big orders and with some, but not all, other codes.

2. SPECIAL EVENT codes. These will be available thru at least one of these media: our FB pages (published as events), Youtube channel (within videos or in video descriptions), on the homepage of this webshop. So like, subscribe and follow us on FB and Youtube to catch these codes when they appear. They may or may not combine with other codes.

3. Orders above 120€ get an IMMEDIATE nice DISCOUNT of 20%. Fill your basket to the brim and use the code: 20OFF

Tip: the personalised and immediate codes can be used together. This can be very useful either for:
- getting an instant collection of species that have the same growing requirements (for example: mexican pings, sarras, pygmy drosera) and it's tough to pick just a few
- getting an expencive item
and you still get something for free as well ...

GIFT FOR SUPPORTING US

This one is a bit more work, but you get a free plant/seeds/craft item(s) worth around 20€.

Task 1: Like and follow Društvo Raznolikost and Diversiflora: carnivorous plant shop on FB and like 10 posts on each, comment 5 posts on each. Let us know what is your name on FB (email, text, whatsapp...)

Task 2: Subscribe to our Youtube channel Ranch of Plants, Like 10 videos and comment in 5 of them. Comment in this format: "Hi, this is (your FB name)". Youtube is a bit more difficult to track, so you need to document your activity with screenshots and send them to our email/text/whatsapp. Please also specify wether you want a plant, seeds od craft items.

After completing Part 1 and Part 2 I will contact you personally and offer you a few options out of which you'll choose the one you'll like the most.

There is no time limit to complete Task 1 and Task 2.

We would also very much appreciate a great rating for Društvo Raznolikost and Diversiflora on FB and Google Maps. But in the end customer ratings depend on customer satisfaction. Making this a Task 3 would not be an honest representation of our work. We hope you're satisfied with our service, and would be grateful for feedback.
