A variety selected by our very talented friend. Unique tomato, quite unlike any other. Skin is like felt to touch. Flesh rather thin and firm but with a distinct grainy texture. There's few large seeds in a copius amout of gelly pulp. Fruits are salmon colored with pale streaks outside, flesh is pale pinkish and the pulp dark red.
The main value of this variety is its exceptional curiosity, because it's not just a tomato with a weird color. It really looks and feels like a peach. For use, we include it mainly in our homemade preserved tomato sauce.
