We cannot accept returns of plants as they are living organisms and respond to transit in their biologically determined ways. Plants survive transit times up to 10 days with zero or minimal problem. We will be happy to advise you before placing an order, if the plant you want can survive the expected transit time. If you order frost tender plants during winter or a cold snap in our location, or during national holidays, we will contact you to agree on appropriate time of despatch of your order. Please notify us on any upcoming national holidays in your location.

In case plants do arrive damaged, please contact us immediately and send pictures of how they look. If warranted and if at all possible we will be happy to send you a replacement plant wih your next order.

We except exchanges for all non-plant items. Please let us know about your wish to exchange an item within 2 days of receipt. The item must not be damaged or used. You pay the return shipping cost.
