A brown tomato salad type, but you might mistake it for a beefstake before cutting it open, as it is very big. Flesh is softish and aromatic. Delicious and rare. The only problem is that it's prone to cracking after rain after a dry spell, so best grown in a greenhouse or watered regularly but sparingly. Originated in the Amish community.
